Before you book

Policies & Procedures

By booking with Nova & Co., you agree to the following:

1. All new clients are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $45 per pet.
2. All pets are required to be current on rabies vaccine, as required by state law.
3. All dog clients are required to maintain an 8 week or less rebooking schedule.
4. All clients agree to maintain a mat free coat with at home coat upkeep.
5. Due to the nature of the salon being strict 1:1 appointment based; all clients must pick up pets within 15 minutes of notice to avoid late pick up fee. (Those who need a longer pick up notice can be accommodated.)
